These terms govern your use of Agentmatic’s digital solutions, including automation tools for client management and workflow optimization. By accessing our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Agentmatic provides software-as-a-service tools for automating client onboarding, task assignment, communication management, and performance analytics. The specific features available depend on your subscription tier and are described in your service agreement.
You retain ownership of all data you submit. Agentmatic is granted a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Agentmatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Agentmatic may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 60 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
